I actually purchased this dress from Nordstrom to wear during Easter and my ruby slippers are my favoite red heels. You could even use a J.Crew style blue plaid shirt and cute skirt. Easy modern Dorothy, right? Plus, who doesn't love the Wizard of Oz?
