DIY Avocado Hydrating Mask

I love avocados. This DIY mask is perfect for dehydrated skin. This mask is just in time for Cinco de Mayo!

Avocados are rich in fatty acids, vitamins, and antioxidants that have great benefits for the skin. You can also apply them directly to your skin for a glow. Avocados make a great DIY skin mask. The oils will penetrate and soften your skin, help with signs of aging, help rid the skin of dead skin cells when mixed with honey, and can help ease the pain of a sunburn. The best part is this mask is super easy to make.

I want to share with you one of my favorite at-home DIY masks. Enjoy!

Avocado Hydrating Mask

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp. avocado (mashed)

- 1 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt

- 1 tsp. honey

Directions:

Mix avocado, yogurt, and honey until smooth. Apply to face with a brush and leave on for 15 - 20 minutes. Rinse with tepid water. Mask may be repeated weekly for hydrating benefits.

Avocado is rich in antioxidants, vitamin A, C, E & B6. Helps hydrate and nourish the skin and has great anti aging benefits.

Honey:

Honey has natural antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. Helps protect and replenish skin leaving it smooth and soft.
